Summary
Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Service Co-Ordinator for our client based in Glasgow.
Role Overview

The Service Co-Ordinator will play a key role in supporting both the engineering team and customers, ensuring effective scheduling, strong communication, and efficient administrative processes. Key Responsibilities
Contacting customers daily to arrange scheduled servicing.
Reviewing and issuing Service Agreements.
Planning and organising engineers' diaries.
Reviewing completed jobs and updating systems accordingly.
Preparing and issuing quotes for remedial work.
Liaising with merchants and engineers to ensure accurate pricing.
Processing invoicing for completed works.
Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Creating jobs and updating customer records.
Maintaining internal work systems and records.
Managing the company vehicle fleet requirements.
Ensuring regular servicing of company equipment is carried out.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a busy office environment.
Strong telephone communication skills, both inbound and outbound.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar administrative systems.
A logical, practical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Offering
Salary of £27,500 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Fully office-based role.
32 days holiday including public holidays.
