About the Role:

As a Plant Nursery Worker, you'll work in a combination of outdoor and indoor settings - including glasshouses and poly-tunnels - to support the growth of up to 12 million trees per year. This role is hands-on, active, and ideal for those who enjoy working in nature and being part of something meaningful.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Taking and planting cuttings.
  • Lifting seedlings from seedbeds.
  • Mechanical transplanting and netting seedbeds.
  • Hand-weeding and nurturing young plants.
  • Grading and preparing trees of all sizes.
  • Packaging and checking products ready to grow into the forests of the future.
