Summary
We are urgently looking for an Customer Services/Internet Sales Advisor to start asap, will be covering a maternity contract
A brief outline of the role is below :-
Managing orders on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shop Direct, Dyas, Wayfair, Wilko, B&Q, Dunelm, and Tesco
Dispatching orders via customer sales platforms
Responding to customer queries and complaints online
Updating stock levels across sales platforms
Handling stock transfers and shipping confirmations within SAP
Workings hours are Monday – Friday 0730 to late afternoon, to be discussed during the interview
The hourly rate would be £12.21, and we also have the company bonus scheme that would be included.
