The Important Details:
Salary: £25,800
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9AM – 5:30PM (1-hour lunch)
Location: Stretton, Warrington (own transport essential)
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH
Holidays: 25 days + Bank Hols + birthday off

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be:
Answering inbound calls and emails
Booking reservations and sorting out any changes
Helping customers with queries and handling complaints (with the full support of a great team!)
What We’re Looking For:
Some experience within Customer Service (could be from retail/ hospitality etc)
A friendly, outgoing personality & confidence on the phone
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Minimum of 4C in Maths & English at GCSE
