Summary
As an integral member of the project team, the Lived Experience lead will collaborate closely with Support Services and ward-based teams, working on both a one-to-one and group basis. They will play a key role in engaging with service users, peer support workers, and staff, fostering meaningful participation across all levels. The post-holder will provide guidance and encouragement to peer support workers, enabling access to opportunities within the Culture of Care initiative. A vital part of their role will be to amplify the voices of service users, ensuring their experiences and perspectives are represented across a range of forums The post therefore requires effective liaison with service users, carers, and other professionals and agencies as required.
