Summary
a) Assists the Ward Manager / Matron with any review of office oradministrative procedures by inviting and collating feedback from clinicaland administrative colleaguesb) Contributes own ideas and suggestions for service improvementsc) To assist collate and maintain various staff databases as directed by their linemanager.d) To assist with new staff induction, ordering uniforms and otheradministrative functions required for new staff memberse) Support senior nursing staff in the production of management information including both personal and activity reports
