Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience

Fleet Mitigation Solutions (FMS) provides a nationwide vehicle repair network and repair management services to several markets within the motor insurance industry. We work with commercial insurance brokers, fleet operators, and industry partners to deliver a fast, efficient, and high-quality service.

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with management to ensure smooth running of the business, handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Liaise with repairers and suppliers to arrange vehicle repairs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Support with preparation of client reports and documentation.
• Assist with invoicing and basic financial administration.
• Provide general office support as needed, including data entry.
• Liaise with all parties involved in the claim to keep our client’s costs and disruption to a minimum.

About You:
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Previous administration experience
• Previous experience in accounting software e.g. QuickBooks (preferred but not essential)
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Eagerness to learn
