Summary
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a production operative for one of our long standing clients in Sandy, Bedfordshire.
This role will be ideal for candidates who have worked in labouring or builders merchants yards and are confident with jobs that involve manual handling and some heavy lifting with experience of on-site Health and safety practices.
Excellent rates of pay and a great shift pattern are the benefits as well as working with the friendly hard-working established team.
Responsibilities of the Production Operative:
- Experience working in a production/manufacturing building site advantageous
- In date accredited Counterbalance FLT Licence up to 5000kg
- Good knowledge of on site health and safety practices
- Work collaboratively with the management and site team to fulfil production targets
Requirements of the Production Operative
- Must be physically fit and have some labouring/production experience
- Happy to work both inside and outside of
- Must have own reliable transport or live locally due to site location
- Ability to use hand held tools, operate production machinery(training provided) to fulfil customer orders.
