Summary

Administrator

We're looking for an Administrator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks Team based in Plymouth.

Kier's Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks Team brings the built environment to life, keeping people and businesses connected. In this role, you'll be working on our Southwest Water contract, where we work on repairs and maintenance services to provide reliable, efficient, and high-quality drinking water and wastewater services.

Location: Plymouth

Contract: Permanent, full time

Responsibilities

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and finalizing feedback from the Teams to ensure the timely submission of work orders. In addition, your role will involve regularly monitoring and updating various spreadsheets and databases while handling general administrative tasks, and managing filing systems.

What will the day to day in this role look like?

Your day to day will include:

-checking and completing feedback from the Teams to enable the work orders to be submitted,

-general administration duties and filing,

-monitoring and updating various spreadsheets and databases.

Who are we looking for?

No experience is required for the role.

This role of Administrator is great for you if you have:

-Previous experience in admin roles with good attention to detail, organisational skills and have a pro-active approach to work

-Excellent IT and communication skills

-Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
