Summary
Weight, height & BP checks Testing and handling of clinical specimens e.g. urine dipstick NHS health checks Assist in minor surgical procedures Health promotion Dressings Act as a chaperone New patient checks Diabetic foot checks ECG's Vascular QOF reviews Ear syringing Flu, pneumonia, B12, Shingles IM injections Ensure adequate infection control procedures in treatment and consulting rooms Phlebotomy Administration of COVID vaccines Vaccine / cold chain storage, monitoring and recording Suture removal Participate in practice audit as directed by management. Participate in local initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care. Support and participate in shared learning within the practice.
