Salary: SCP 18 - 24FTE £26,225- £30,730Contractual Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part time requests are welcome)A minimum of 3 days a week, these may be either early starts or late finishes or weekend working. This is an important role for the Academy in helping maintain our new building in pristine condition as it starts to mature. You will be part of a site team of 2 caretakers and 1 site manager undertaking regular building compliance checks, facilitating staff to maximise their use of the building and supporting a comprehensive lettings programme. About YouYou are likely to have gained experience in building or property caretaking and have have experience of maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, wiring. You will be passionate about maintaining the current state of the building and comfortable with carrying out a range of compliance checks.
