Sales & Export Coordinator

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales & Export Coordinator to join their dynamic and fast-paced operation based in Cwmbran.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an international business where you'll be the vital link between customers, freight providers, and internal teams - ensuring a smooth and compliant export process from order to delivery.

What's on Offer:
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • Monday - Friday schedule.
  • £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales order processing for export customers from entry to delivery.
  • Act as the customer advocate - liaising between sales, operations, and logistics.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of export documentation in line with regulations.
  • Build strong working relationships with freight, logistics, and customs partners.
  • Collaborate with Design, Quality, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain and update customer records using Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365.
  • Handle problem-solving and operational issues with a calm, solution-focused approach.
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance in all aspects of export coordination.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or export coordination.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
  • Experience using ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Professional and confident communicator.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Adaptable team player with a proactive mindset.
