● Install, repair, and maintain flat, pitched, and tiled roofs.
● Evaluate roofing problems, conduct examinations, and make precise recommendations for replacements or repairs.
● Assuring correct alignment and fit, measure, cut, and install roofing components such membranes, tiles, and shingles.
● Use a range of materials, such as rubber, slate, metal, and asphalt, and install them according to the right methods.
● Verify that every roofing installation complies with safety requirements, building codes, and quality standards.
● Utilize scaffolding, ladders, and other safety gear when working at heights to avoid mishaps.
● To guarantee the longevity of roofing systems, conduct routine roof inspections and carry out preventative maintenance.
● Work together with clients and project managers to fulfill requirements and timelines.
● Observe health and safety regulations while keeping your workspace tidy and secure.
