Summary
Detailed job description and main responsibilities You will be expected to deliver a wide range of skills and utilise your extensive knowledge and Work Flexibly across all aspect of the Urgent and Emergency care Mental Health Services to deliver effective and efficient care. You will be responsible for undertaking clinical assessments, in accordance with the clinical pathway, to establish the persons needs, goals, risks and strengths to generate a formulation-based care plan agreed with all involved.
