We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team at the RNLI College in Poole. Working in a truly unique and rewarding environment, your role will directly support the wellbeing of RNLI crew members and college guests through quality food service.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with structured early shifts and excellent work-life balance, ideal for chefs who thrive in the morning and enjoy a consistent routine.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Cooking and serving breakfast for guests and lifeboat crew
- Preparing components and ingredients for the next day’s service
- Assembling afternoon teas with care and attention to detail
- Producing healthy, satisfying packed lunches for RNLI crew
- Maintaining food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Reporting directly to the Head Chef and working as part of a supportive team

- Honest, reliable, and consistent in your work
- A positive team player with a passion for food
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during early hours
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
