We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Mitie team to ensure all automatic and manual data is accurate and up to date in all systems.
You'll liaise with data providers and suppliers, ensuring all site and meter information is kept up to date. You'll also be responsible for ensuring all AQ's and SQQ's are accurate and maintain all online reporting and dashboards.
Duties will also include monitoring software users, ensuring correct access is in place for each user, as well as validating consumption data in the system. You'll liaise with the client and attend client meetings where required.
You should be able to demonstrate self-reliance and the ability to manage your own time and prioritise tasks. You'll be organised, with strong attention to detail.
Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers is desirable. You'll need to have previous experience as a Data Analyst or as a Business Data Analyst and have a strong knowledge/ experience with reporting packages.
