Oxclose Community Nursery School is seeking an exceptional Lead Teacher to join our dedicated team. About the Role

As Lead Teacher, you will:

Design and oversee the implementation of an ambitious, inclusive curriculum.
Support and mentor colleagues to improve classroom practice.
Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), responding to concerns and liaising with external agencies.
Contribute to school improvement planning and strategic leadership.
Model and champion best practice in early childhood education.
Line management of early years practitioners.andnbsp;

This role is ideal for someone who currently has relevant leadership experience or who is ready for a step up.

A highly skilled Early Years teacher with a deep understanding of play-based pedagogy.
Experience in leading curriculum planning or development.
A confident and compassionate leader, capable of coaching and mentoring others.
Strong safeguarding knowledge (DDSL experience desirable).
A collaborative professional committed to the highest standards of education and care.andnbsp;
