Summary
Are you skilled at sourcing candidates and supporting recruitment teams? Recruitment Professionals is hiring Recruitment Resourcers to join our Watford town centre office on a permanent commission-only basis.
The role will start end of September / beginning of October and is ideal for motivated resourcers who want to develop their career in a vibrant office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and databases
• Screening CVs and conducting initial calls
• Supporting consultants with pipelines and client needs
• Matching candidates to active vacancies
• Keeping CRM records up to date
