What you’ll do:
You’ll be the driving force behind our high standards, leading and supporting our cleaning teams across multiple sites. From daily oversight and shift management to on-site support and quality inspections, you’ll ensure every job shines. You’ll also champion health & safety, conduct risk assessments, and help us deliver eco-friendly, sustainable cleaning solutions.
What we’re looking for:
-> Supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management
-> A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality
-> A full UK driving licence (company car provided)
-> Flexibility to travel between sites
-> Strong communication and organisational skills
-> Commitment to health, safety, and sustainability
