Summary
The post holder is required to works as a skilled practitioner who isresponsible for the delivery of patient and family focused care, which address the complex and changing health and wellbeing needs of neonatal babies. The post holder ensures the smooth running of the unit in theabsence of the unit manager and will provide clinical and managerial leadership to all staff.
