About the Role
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Kent. You will support adults with learning disabilities to live safely and independently, encouraging choice, dignity, and participation in everyday life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Assist with personal care, household tasks, and daily routines.
• Promote independence and encourage involvement in social and community activities.
• Safeguard residents’ wellbeing while maintaining accurate records.
• Work effectively as part of a team to create a safe, supportive environment.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a support or care role (desirable but not essential).
• Compassionate, patient, and motivated to make a difference.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across 7.5-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends.
