Summary
Electrical Design Engineer
Location: Luton (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £52,000 DOE
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to design and support products across multiple industries. You'll work with a multi-disciplinary team, taking projects from concept through to production.
What you'll need as an Electrical Design Engineer:
- Strong background in electronics hardware design (analogue, digital, microcontrollers).
- Experience with Altium, FMEA, validation, and documentation.
- Commercial design experience with mixed technologies.
- Eligible for SC Clearance and UK driving licence.
- Power supply design, EMC knowledge, embedded programming.
- Familiarity with CAN, Ethernet, RS485, USB.
- Good technical writing and documentation experience
- FMEA and problem-solving techniques
- Ideally a degree (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
