The Role
As a Trainee Audio Visual Technician, you’ll learn how to set up, operate, and de-rig professional sound, lighting, video, and staging equipment at live events. You’ll be working alongside experienced technicians who will train and support you as you develop the skills needed to deliver seamless events.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with setting up and packing down AV, lighting, and staging equipment.
• Support the technical team during live events.
• Learn how to operate professional equipment in real-world event settings.
• Help maintain and prepare kit in the warehouse between events.
• Provide friendly and professional support to clients and colleagues.
About You
• A genuine interest in audio, lighting, video, or live events.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player.
• Comfortable with hands-on work and problem solving.
• Driving licence is essential.
