Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (overtime available)
Salary: ?15.00 - ?17.00 per hour, depending on experience

A well-established engineering and fabrication company in the Droitwich area is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join their growing team. The company specialises in high-quality metalwork and bespoke fabrication for sectors including construction, agricultural, commercial, and industrial projects.
Job Description:
This role requires a skilled and dependable fabricator capable of reading engineering drawings and completing jobs from start to finish using a variety of welding and fabrication techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
* MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
* Reading and working from engineering drawings
* Cutting, forming, and assembling metal components
* Use of grinders, drills, saws, presses, and guillotines
* Final finishing and inspection of workpieces
* Occasional site installation work as required
* Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in a welding/fabrication role
* Strong MIG welding skills (TIG and Stick an advantage)
* Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
* Hands-on experience with hand tools and fabrication equipment
* Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Forklift or overhead crane experience beneficial (training can be given)
