Summary

Join Our Team as a Support Worker in BA14

Location: Trowbridge , BA14 (Just a 3min Drive From Trowbridge Train Station)
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 Hours Per Week)
Pay Rate: £12.83 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Setting: 4 residents - 2 males and 2 females, aged 30s to 50s
Support Needs: Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), PEG feeding, suction, epilepsy (managed with medication)
Driver Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (Automatic Friendly)

Are you enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to make a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for caring and energetic Support Workers to join our team in BA14, supporting four incredible individuals with complex needs in a warm, person-centred environment.

What Will You Be Doing?

- Providing personal care with dignity and respect

- Using hoists and supporting wheelchair users confidently

- Assisting with PEG feeding and suction for two individuals

- Preparing meals and administering medication

- Supporting individuals in daily routines, activities, and outings

- Working closely with families to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Shift Patterns

We offer a range of shifts to suit different lifestyles:

- Day Shifts: 7am - 4pm / 4pm - 10pm

- Long Day Sleeps: 9am - 9am the following day (Includes Sleep-In)

- Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm - 7am

What We're Looking For

We're seeking Support Workers who are:

- Enthusiastic and outgoing, with a positive mindset

- Hardworking and reliable, with good timekeeping

- Team players, able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively

- Comfortable swimming and engaging in active support

- Confident drivers (automatic licence preferred)

Experience in care is beneficial but not essential—we're looking for people with the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting others.
