Customer Care Coordinator role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join a growing business to help set up a customer care division for the North West region. You will be involved with implementing systems and procedures (as set out by the Head office) whilst imputing your own ideas to streamline the customer care journey.
The company have a strong focus on customer care ensuring high standards before handover along with dedicated support post-completion. The customer care team provides ongoing support to residents managing any defects efficiently and upholding our commitment to quality, ensuring our homes continue to meet expectations long after handover.
Working closely with the Construction Director you will provide excellent customer support to homeowners and tenants regarding any queries or concerns related to their new build property. This will involve managing day to day incoming defects through their in house system, handling complaints and escalating issues to the management team as needed while maintaining timely communication with customers.
Your role will involve registering properties with utility providers and putting welcome/handover packs with certificates and warranty details for appliances.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience working for a house building or housing contractor
- Customer Experience skills, understanding of customer needs and expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
