Summary

Hi my name is Deniz, I am a very happy 11 year old boy.
I am looking for a kind and caring support worker.
I would like my support worker to support me with activities outside my home such as swimming, trampolining, Inflata Space, parks, and soft play.

At the time of starting their employment, the successful candidate must have permission to work in the U.K.
Hours: 5 hours per week term time, 8 hours per week holiday time.
