Summary

An exciting opportunity to join our school and be part of a well-established and respected multi academy trust. We are looking to appoint a Site Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a building and maintenance specialist to join our school community and make an active contribution to the maintenance and development of the school.Hours: 37hours per week (Monday to Friday) for 52 weeks per year.
You will undertake a range of duties which will include: Opening or closing the sites, Ensuring the sites are safe and secure, Supporting a strong Health and Safety culture, Planned and preventative maintenance, Site and grounds maintenance, Cleaning, line managing and supporting the cleaning team, Inducting contractors and supervision on site, Deliveries You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and must be able to maintain a flexible approach to respond to urgent requests.
