What You’ll Do
• Support individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and medication
• Encourage independence and participation in daily and community activities
• Provide emotional support in a respectful and dignified manner
• Maintain accurate care records and follow personalised care plans
• Work collaboratively with families and professionals to ensure holistic care
What We’re Looking For
• Prior care experience is an advantage but not essential
• A positive, patient, and compassionate attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Right to work in the UK
