Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) Drivers for temporary positions with a well-known industrial contractor operating in Port Talbot. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team within a busy industrial environment.

About the Role:

As an ADT Driver, you'll be responsible for safely operating ADTs to support site operations including the loading of screens, crushers, and trucks. The role is based on a large-scale industrial site, so awareness of safety and site procedures is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Articulated Dump Trucks (ADTs) efficiently and safely.
  • Support material movement across the site.
  • Load crushers, screens, and trucks when required.
  • Follow on-site health & safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Relevant ADT operating experience in quarry, recycling, or steelworks environments.
  • CPCS or NPORS certification (preferred, but in-house licences also accepted).
  • Valid CCNSG Site Safety Passport (essential).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical and substance test.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Between 7am - 7pm (approx. 50 hours per week).
