Recruitment Professionals is seeking Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our Watford town centre office on a permanent commission-only basis.
The role will commence end of September / beginning of October and is perfect for experienced recruiters looking for autonomy, high earning potential, and the benefits of working in a professional team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing client accounts and developing new business
• Leading recruitment campaigns end-to-end
• Sourcing top candidates using multiple channels
• Mentoring junior consultants and resourcers
• Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
