Summary
We’re looking for motivated Recruitment Consultants to join us on a commission-only basis in our Watford office. This role begins in September and offers the ideal chance to return to an office environment while retaining the flexibility and rewards of commission-based recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the full recruitment process
• Building strong client relationships
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Matching top talent to client vacancies
• Recording activities in our CRM system
