Summary

Join Kier as a Digital Construction Manager and help drive innovation across our projects. You'll lead the adoption of digital tools and processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and supporting project teams from bid to delivery.



Location: Warwick, West Midlands. Agile working consideredBusiness Unit: Kier Strategic Projects (Kier construction)Reporting to: Digital LeadWorking Hours: Full time, Permanent.

What will you be doing?
-Lead digital strategy implementation across a Major Project.

-Manage BIM Execution Plans and support information exchange requirements

-Promote and audit digital workflows and software utilisation

-Support bid teams and contribute to PQQs and ITT submissions

-Mentor and manage digital construction coordinators

-Represent Kier at industry events and forums

What experience will you have?
-Strong understanding of ISO 19650, IFC, and COBie standards

-Experience with digital construction tools and model interrogation

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

-Ability to lead, coach, and plan for a small team

-A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
