Key Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files independently.
• Handle all aspects of property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
• Deliver excellent client service while ensuring transactions progress efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Requirements
• Proven experience in residential conveyancing (qualified or unqualified considered).
• Ability to handle a caseload with minimal supervision.
