ABOUT THE ROLE As a Learning and Development Facilitator, youll play a key role in empowering our teams to deliver outstanding care. Youll lead engaging training sessions across a cluster of homes, helping ensure our people are confident, competent, and compliant. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality training on statutory and mandatory topics Identifying learning needs using our Learning Management System (LMS) Designing and facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses Supporting both face-to-face and virtual learning experiences Assessing learner understanding and confidence throughout sessions ABOUT YOU Youre someone who lives our values caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable and brings a genuine passion for adult social care and learning. Were looking for: Experience in learning and development within the adult social care sector Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (Level 3 or above) Knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements A commitment to inclusive learning, including neurodiversity A Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards it) A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport WHY AVERY?
