About the Role
This Primary School in Waltham Forest is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a child who has an Education, Health and Care Plan. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child's life by supporting their learning, development, and personal care needs.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide medical and intimate care when required (including toileting and changing)
*Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans, Behaviour Plans, and Personal Care Programmes
*Enable access to learning by delivering tailored support under teacher guidance
*Assist in managing pupil behaviour and classroom routines
*Work flexibly across classroom and outdoor learning environments
