The Role

Job Title: Involvement and Participation Lead

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

We’re excited to offer a new opportunity within our People Shaping P3 Team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in capturing the voices of those who use our services, helping to influence and shape our community provisions.

In this role, you will be committed to ensuring that individuals have a say in the support they receive, empowering those who rely on our services to contribute to our organisation's vision, values, and culture.

You will facilitate events, forums and workshops to engage the people we work alongside in decision making and service improvement. You will develop and manage the people we work alongside to lead our peer review sessions, mystery shopping and other feedback initiatives.
