About the Role

Link3 Recruitment is currently recruiting a permanent Early Years Educator / Practitioner (part-time or full-time) for our nursery based in SE21, London. This nursery is part of one of the world’s largest and most respected international nursery groups, offering outstanding early years education in a modern and inclusive setting.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and nurturing individual who is committed to delivering high-quality childcare and education for children aged 0–5 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Provide a warm, caring, and stimulating learning environment for all children
• Plan and lead engaging activities that promote learning through play
• Observe and track children’s development and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with the team to uphold high standards of care and education
• Maintain effective communication with parents and carers
• Ensure health, safety, and safeguarding policies are consistently followed

Candidate Requirements

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (desirable)
• Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
