Key Responsibilities:
Clean, wash, and treat rugs using specialist techniques and equipment.
Inspect rugs for stains, damage, or wear before and after cleaning.
Apply appropriate stain removal and protective treatments.
Handle rugs with care to maintain quality and prevent damage.
Operate cleaning machinery and follow company cleaning processes.
Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
Requirements:
Keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
Ability to follow processes and use cleaning equipment safely (training provided).
Physically fit – able to lift, move, and handle rugs of varying sizes.
Problem-solving mindset for dealing with stains and delicate materials.
Team player with good communication skills.
Previous cleaning, textile care, or related experience is an advantage (but not essential).
