We’re looking for a confident, established Technical Services Manager to act as the technical lead for a key healthcare account.
Reporting to the Key Account Director and working closely with the Head of Technical Healthcare, you’ll be the on-site technical authority, ensuring compliance, safety, and service excellence at all times.
Job Description
Leading a team of multi-disciplined engineers, the Technical Services Manager will oversee maintenance and repair operations, making sure services are delivered on time, to standard, and without compromise.
You’ll be fully accountable for contractual, legal, and statutory compliance, including HTM and NHS-specific requirements, while also driving cost-effective solutions that minimise disruption to operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 16 delivering M&E and fabric PPM and reactive works across the portfolio.
Drive performance improvement and ensure consistent delivery to KPIs and compliance requirements.
Provide clear leadership and support, fostering a high-performing and motivated team.
Work closely with the Key Account Director and Project Manager to align delivery with client objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
Oversee the effective use and improvement of the CAFM system to ensure accurate reporting and efficient workflow management.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Recognised Mechanical or Electrical qualifications
Strong facilities management experience
Healthcare sector experience (preferred)
Clear and proven management and leadership skills
