Summary
The successful candidate will participate in a 1 in 9 on-call rota in the Acute Trust. The Consultant will be on call on a weekday with an expectation of on-site cover to the handover which happens at 9.30pm. This arrangement helps with the evening rush of referrals and will improve the quality of care. The juniors benefit from the added input of a consultant. This post will provide further support to the Paediatric Team. You will contribute to the team of Paediatricians providing emergency on call cover services at South Warwickshire Foundation Trust (SWFT). There will be outpatient clinics provided at the Acute Trust and in the Community clinics. The post holder will be expected to work with the existing team of professional colleagues and managers in the efficient running and development of Paediatric services. The appointee will:
