Summary
Allow flexibility through effective prospective cover. Provide professional supervision, direction, and training for junior medical staff. Take an active role in audit, research, teaching, and governance. Participate in SUDIC investigations and report writing. Participate in the on-call rota for General Paediatrics and Neonates.Participate in plans to lead to cost efficiencies across the Department.Contribute to risk management procedures.Ensure Continuing Professional Development targets are achieved.Take part in the revalidation and annual appraisal processes.
