Grade I | Salary: £46,142 to £49,282 per annum (pro- rata for part time),
Location: Loxley House, Station Street, Nottingham, NG2 3NG - Hybrid Working

What’s the role?

You will be our recruitment guru and lead the charge on finding and hiring senior and hard-to-fill roles with creativity, innovation, and a people-first mindset. From pioneering new sourcing strategies to improving candidate journeys, you will be a key player in building a future-ready workforce.

What will you do?

Lead recruitment strategies for tough roles with market insight and creative sourcing
Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers and guide them smoothly through recruitment
Shape policies and processes to keep recruitment inclusive, effective, and modern
Use data smartly to improve hiring performance and workforce planning
Drive diversity and inclusion to build an equitable talent pipeline
Enhance candidate experience with digital tools, fresh ideas, and clear communication
Represent NCC externally at job fairs, university events, and on social media
Champion onboarding and retention to make new hires feel welcome and supported

What skills and experience do you bring?

✅ Proven leader with a passion for recruitment innovation
✅ Deep knowledge of recruitment law, policy, and best practice
✅ Skilled in digital and social recruiting techniques
✅ Experience recruiting across diverse sectors and roles
✅ A strong collaborator who builds lasting partnerships
✅ Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion always
✅ CIPD qualified or equivalent professional credential
