Summary
Line Minder required - Wellingborough!
Pay: £13.68 per hour (inclusive of £1.47 holiday pay)
Shift patterns: Full-time | 5 days per week with potential for weekend shifts
Shift start times vary: 6:45am, 2:45pm, 10:45pm
We're offering an exciting opportunity to work with one of our top industrial clients in Wellingborough as a Line Minder. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality authenticity, productivity, cost, delivery & morale results are achieved.

Requirements:
- You must have 6 months of experience working in a similar role.
- You must have experience using an ERP system, IFS is desirable
- Awareness of HACCP.
- You must have experience within the food industry.
- You must have safety boots and a high-visibility vest to work for this venue.
- You will be required to complete a paid induction for this role.

Role responsibilities:
- Recommend how quality and standards can be improved.
- Contribute to waste reduction projects with CI team and FLM.
- Support the Front-Line Manager in achieving KPI’s
- Coordinate the day’s preparation and procedures according to production requirements.
- Complete SIC boards hourly to identify causes of breakdowns and stoppages.
- Complete quality checks on a regular basis.
- Assist in training and development of work colleagues.
- Direct responsibility for personnel allocated to the production line.
- Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities while representing the team.
- Supporting trials and working with packaging and project team members.
