Job Summary:
We are looking for a Casual Domestic Assistant with [3] years of experience to provide high-quality domestic support to our residents. As a Casual Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential home, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain the residential home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
* Launder and iron residents' clothing and linens
* Assist with preparing meals and snacks for residents
* Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and other essential items
* Provide general administrative support as required
* Work flexibly to cover staff absences and support the team as needed
Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in a domestic or cleaning role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to working hours
* Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
Desired Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2 in Cleaning or a related field
* First Aid certification
* Experience working in a residential care setting
