Salary: £25,000 basic, OTE up to £42,000
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Associate to join our team and help lead the way in property sales and lettings. In this role, you’ll be a key player in generating new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are not just met, but exceeded.
This position offers the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio, identify and convert valuation opportunities, and mentor junior colleagues — all while delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
What you’ll be doing:
Sales & Business Development
Proactively seek new opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Carry out market appraisals and provide accurate, well-informed property valuations.
Build lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and potential clients to encourage repeat business.
Support and guide Associates to help them achieve their goals.
Promote additional services, including mortgage advice, solicitors, and valuations, and refer opportunities throughout our network.
Keep informed on local property trends, pricing, and legislation.
Oversee the sales process from listing to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Maintain and update an active database of buyers and match them to suitable properties.
Customer Service
Deliver an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint, leading by example for the wider team.
Operations & Compliance
Ensure all legal and compliance standards are met, with accurate documentation and processes.
Identify and escalate any operational issues.
Check property listings and branch marketing materials for accuracy before release.
Keep property details up to date across all channels.
Marketing & Promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase properties and services through digital, social media, and print campaigns.
Assist with events, launches, and community engagement activities to boost visibility.
Monitor local market conditions to identify fresh opportunities for growth.
What we’re looking for:
Experience (Essential)
At least 1 year’s proven track record in estate agency, with consistent results.
Strong valuation and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the property market and related legal requirements.
Background in sales, business development, and meeting targets.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Experience (Desirable)
Familiarity with Reapit or similar CRM systems.
Understanding of the mid-to-high value property market.
Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Effective problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
Integrity and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
Relevant property or estate agency qualifications (desirable).
