Summary
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Lettings Manager to join a successful independant estate agency in Hemel Hempstead.
Essential Attributes:
• Must have previous experience as a lettings manager.
• Strong local knowledge of the property market is required
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A natural self-starter with good time management
• Full UK driving licence
The Role:
• Management of 2 negotiators
• Carry out rental valuations and bring new properties to market
• Build long-term relationships with landlords, based on trust and service
• Prepare listings with quality photos, descriptions, and key property details
• Stay in touch with local trends, rental demand, and legislation
• Professional approach
• Re list properties when notice has been given
• Oversee Lettings marketing and promotion
• Work closely with other departments ie: the property management team
Monday to Friday role
Basic Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 and OTE £55,000 uncapped + Company Car, Company Pension, 0n Site Parking,
