We're seeking a Project Manager to join Movar's growing consultancy team, delivering high-profile infrastructure, utilities, and rail projects across the UK and Ireland.

Founded in 2013, Movar is a specialist project delivery consultancy which helps organisations improve how projects are delivered. With over a decade of success behind them and ambitious growth ahead, they are building a team of project professionals who are curious, collaborative, and passionate about creating lasting change.

In this role, you'll take ownership of complex, £10m+ infrastructure programmes from conception to completion. Working with clients in highly regulated environments, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning, and ensure every milestone is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your remit will be broad, from developing execution plans, risk registers, and quality management processes, to influencing senior stakeholders, optimising project governance, and tackling root causes of inefficiency. You'll combine technical expertise with leadership skills to inspire teams, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver measurable results.

This is a great opportunity to join a people-focused, growing consultancy where your voice will be heard, your ideas welcomed, and your contribution recognised. While Movar supports remote working, you'll need to travel to client sites and offices in the UK or Dublin as required.

Key Requirements: You should be a confident and experienced Project Manager / Project Delivery Manager / Infrastructure PM or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

5+ years experience delivering major infrastructure, utilities, or rail projects (£10m+ in value)
A proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments
Strong understanding of infrastructure design, construction methodologies, and regulatory frameworks
Proficiency in recognised project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, APM)
Commercial and contractual acumen, including cost management and value engineering
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; professional memberships (ICE, IET, CIOB) is advantageous but not essential.

You'll ideally be based in the UK or Dublin with flexibility to travel. Permanent and contract opportunities are available, with competitive packages:

Permanent: Up to £80,000 + pension, life insurance, and benefits // Contract: £500/day (inside IR35)

Movar offers a supportive, collaborative culture where professional growth is encouraged, and your next project is always lined up. Apply today and join a team shaping the future of project delivery.
