We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Level 4 (LBR4) professional to join our team in the Admin & Clerical department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior management and ensuring that all clerical activities are executed efficiently. You will be the backbone of our office, coordinating various projects and assisting in the implementation of office policies and procedures. Effective communication is essential, as you will regularly interact with staff, clients, and stakeholders. This position also requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will need to anticipate the needs of the team and address any challenges that may arise. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and key staff members.
Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to information.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries for staff as needed.
Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure the team is well-equipped.
Requirements
High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
