We’re equally passionate about helping our customers achieve their homeownership dreams. As a marketing executive, you’ll play a vital role in our existing homes sales team, delivering campaigns and insights that inspire customers, enhance engagement, and boost sales performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead marketing campaigns – keep our Right To Buy, Right To Acquire, staircasing, and resale property content accurate, engaging, and compliant.
  • Bring events to life – from open days to virtual homeowners’ panels, you’ll coordinate experiences that connect customers with opportunities.
  • Turn data into action – produce campaign performance reports and work with the team to improve results.
  • Collaborate widely – work with our central marketing team, estate agents, Independent Financial Advisors, and solicitors to ensure consistent, impactful messaging.
  • Champion compliance – ensure all marketing meets brand, legal, and regulatory standards.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous marketing experience, ideally in the housing sector.
  • Strong digital marketing skills and experience with tools like Mailchimp, D365, CMS platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
  • A creative eye for campaigns, plus the ability to analyse performance and make improvements.
  • Great event coordination and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach and the drive to deliver outstanding results.
